Participants will spend an hour training on pads and shields. Developing strikes, kicks, elbows and knees.
Kayne's Crew MMA has a curriculum drawing from both Muay Thai and American Kickboxing.
Classes are structured, intense and a whole lot of fun. Sessions usually start with skipping, conditioning and bodyweight exercises, then graduate into focus work with partners.
You can take it as seriously as you want. You can train just for fun and fitness or if you prefer, you can work towards your first amateur fight!
